Does CRBN PAINTBALL ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our high-performance paintball equipment worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government.
What is your return policy for technical apparel and protective gear?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene standards, base layers and face masks must be unopened to qualify for a return.
How do I care for my CRBN technical jerseys and pants?
To maintain the integrity of the technical fabrics, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners which can degrade moisture-wicking properties.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, CRBN products are covered by a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from gameplay or damage caused by improper maintenance.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
